TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. If there is anything you are unsure of or need more information please contact me.

◉ GENERAL TERMS

✘ No smoking.

✘ No pets allowed.

➜ Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

➜ PAYMENT TERMS

Reservation Deposit

➜ Amount required – 20% of rental fee.

🗓 Date Due – at time of booking.

Damages Deposit

➜ Amount required – £250

🗓 Date Due – At time of booking. The damages deposit of £250 will be refunded within 4 weeks after your stay has ended, subject to property inspection.

Balance of Payment

➜ Amount Required – Full remainder of rental fee.

🗓 Date Due – A minimum of six weeks before your stay.

Bookings Taken Within Six Weeks

➜ Amount required – 100% of rental fee required.

🗓 Date Due – at time of booking.

Payment Types Accepted

• PayPal
• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank transfer (full details will be sent on confirmation of booking).

✘ CANCELLATION TERMS

Please Note:

Any cancellation must be notified in writing, please contact me.

Cancellation More Than 12 Weeks Before Stay

➜ Amount Required Policy – Only the deposit will be retained – 20% of rental fee.

Cancellation Between 8 and 12 Weeks Before Stay

➜ Amount Required Policy – 50% of the total rental fee.

Cancellation Between 3 and 6 Weeks Before Stay

➜ Amount Required Policy – 90% of the total rental fee.

Cancellation 3 Weeks or Less Before Stay

➜ Policy – Total cost of rental fee is forfeited. If the property is subsequently relet then the rental fee will be refunded, less deposit and a £50 administration charge or a sum equivalent to the new rental, whichever is lower.
